Software rental – small investment, continuous low-costs Initial investments are seriously reduced, then later the system is operated with reasonable and steady monthly costs. Advantages:

• software licenses do not burden the initial investment costs
• continuous version updates are included in the rental price
• custom requirements are gradually implemented in order to uniformly distribute the costs over a longer time period
• gradual development gives opportunity for adjustments on the fly
